Important Information
- Order Confirmation: A member of our team will contact you to confirm your order and arrange for collection or delivery.
- Office Hours: Our office hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays.
- Allergens: Please review all allergens carefully to ensure you do not consume anything that could pose a risk to your health.
Delivery and Notes
- Minimum Order: Each delivery must have a net value of at least AED 200 after any discounts.
- Collection: Alternatively, you can collect your order from Risen Cafe & Artisanal Bakery, located in Grand Heights Hotel Apartments, Barsha Heights.
Cancellation Deadlines
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the specified ordering deadlines will incur a charge.
- Cancellations between the ordering deadline and 6:00 PM on the working day before the delivery will incur a 50% charge.
- Cancellations after 6:00 PM on the working day before the delivery will incur a 100% charge.
Ordering Deadlines
- Advance Booking: We require 24 hours advance notice for all orders. We recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure the highest level of service.
- Order Confirmation: To confirm your order, please provide all necessary details, including the final menu, guest count, delivery time, payment method, etc., by the specified deadlines.
- Changes: Changes to your order may not be possible after the deadlines. All orders are subject to change and availability. Last-minute orders may have limited flavor options.
